Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your member area. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no prorated refund is issued for the current month.
§ 02
Medical disqualification
If your clinician determines the program is not appropriate during or after review, no charge is applied. If you are disqualified after a charge has been made, a full refund is issued within five business days.
§ 03
Refunds
Medication already shipped is non-refundable. Consultation fees are refundable only where a clinical plan was not completed.
§ 04
Shipping
Shipments are made through licensed pharmacies. Delivery timing depends on the carrier. We will reship at no cost if a package is lost in transit.
