Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to the Nuvora platform and the clinical services we arrange. They are written in plain language because the things they describe matter.

§ 01

Scope

Nuvora is a digital care brand. The platform coordinates telehealth visits, clinician-written plans, messaging, and prescription fulfillment where appropriate. These terms cover every surface under the Nuvora name.

§ 02

Eligibility

You must be a resident of one of the 50 US states or the District of Columbia, be at least 18 years of age, and pass clinical eligibility review. A portion of intakes are declined; that outcome is, by design, a feature of the program.

§ 03

The clinical relationship

When a plan is written, it establishes a clinician-patient relationship subject to applicable state and federal law. Your clinician's judgment is the authoritative voice on your plan. Nuvora is not a substitute for emergency care.

§ 04

Fees & subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly. Pricing is published on the surface of each program page and on your invoice. You will not be charged until a clinician-approved plan has been written for you.

§ 05

Cancellation

You may pause or cancel your plan at any time from your member area. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops the next shipment.

§ 06

Limitations

Nuvora does not warrant any specific clinical outcome. Individual results vary. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
