How we use it
To provide the clinical service you have asked us for, to comply with applicable laws, and to improve the product in aggregate. Every use is bounded by the minimum necessary to deliver the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not use protected health information for behavioral advertising. We do not syndicate your intake answers to third parties.
Retention
Health information is retained for the period required by applicable law. Non-clinical data is deleted when no longer needed to operate the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to clinical and legal retention requirements. We will respond within thirty days.
